INTRODUCING VirtualFSPA!

Hello everyone! 

     We miss seeing you here at 38 Main!  Until we are here together again, we are excited to introduce VirtualFSPA as we bring classes and lessons to you online beginning on Monday!   Our schedules will remain the same and you can look forward to attending your classes after school as you typically do…except that you’ll be at home! 

     The Music Department will teach private lessons on the FaceTime, Zoom, or Skype platforms and students will hear from their teachers shortly to confirm your lessons and to establish your method of communication.  Group voice classes and Little Music School will also be taught on BAND.  Please see information below.  Each student will be invited to join his/her class on BAND and classes will be posted at the regular class time.

     All  Dance Department classes will be taught on BAND.    The app is free and is something we have been using successfully at FSPA to distribute choreography and class/rehearsal materials.  Each student will be invited to join his/her class on BAND and the classes will be posted at your regular class time.                               

     The Drama Department will teach musical theater classes on BAND. Please see information below.  Each student will be invited to join his/her class on BAND and classes will be posted at the regular class time.   Acting classes will be taught on Zoom and information will be available soon regarding that class format.

Directors will contact Troupes and Dance Ensembles with additional information. 

BAND INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Download the app BAND for free from your App Store or go to www.band.us

2. Follow the instructions in the app or on the website to set up your account

****please use the email you have given at registration at FSPA​

3. FSPA will send you an invitation to join the group (your child’s class)

If your child is in more than one class, each classroom will have their own group

4. Accept the invite and start using!
