Tyler attended Carnegie Mellon University for one year before making his 2002 Broadway debut in the Broadway revival of Oklahoma! He appeared in the original Broadway companies of Urban Cowboy, The Boy From Oz, The Frogs, the 2005 revival of Sweet Charity, and as Larry in the original revival company of A Chorus Line.  His choreography was featured in a Broadway Medley starring Kristin Chenoweth on “Dancing With The Stars, as well as in her Some Lessons Learned World Tour, “Kristin Chenoweth: Coming Home" on PBS, “The American Country Awards,” and the Latin American premiere of El Chico De Oz in Lima, Peru. Tyler is currently producing and starring in the upcoming dark comedy Ms. Guidance. Passionate about arts education, Tyler is a devoted teacher. He is a core faculty member with The Broadway Dreams Foundation as well as one of the founding faculty members of The Performing Arts Project.
