FSPA Drama Dept. Presents Woyzeck

The FSPA Drama Department presents an adaptation of the most famous of Georg Büchner’s three plays, Woyzeck emerges from Europe in 1836: complex, intense, and incomplete. Büchner, exiled from Germany for his radical politics, crafted a world full of creeping paranoia and impending insanity — but died before finishing the manuscript. At the center of the whirlwind of emotions contained within Woyzeck is this question: What drives an ordinary man to do something extraordinarily terrible?
